A busy month for nominations in September, but a huge congratulations to Giles Sowerby who is our CMOTM. He was nominated for breaking his half marathon PB not once but twice in the month of September – his 6^th PB this year! At Pleshey he achieved a PB and Essex Silver and then breaking that PB a week later at Copenhagen. An incredible achievement for an experienced runner to be setting so many PBs – a lot of hard work, dedication and always wearing a smile too!
