Christmas & New Years Day Parkruns

Some of our runners took part in Parkruns on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

12 ventured over to Maldon on Christmas day in fancy dress. A few braved the New Years Day Parkruns on a kill or cure post merriment blitz with Big Dave doing the double of Notley and Chelmsford taking advantage of the staggered start times.

At Chelmsford we had the pleasure of welcoming in a group of 8 runners who ran the Notley Parkrun and then ran the 10 miles to Chelmsford and joined the Chelmsford Parkrun. They arrived in Chelmsford 10 mins after the start and caught up the back runners receiving a warm welcome from the rest of the parkrunners as they joined in.
