Essex XC Championships Final Details – Saturday, 4th January 2025

Thanks to everyone for entering the Essex XC Championships at Gloucester Park, Basildon. We have 19 runners taking part which is a fantastic turnout.

Parking

• No parking will be available at Basildon Sporting Village.
• Free parking is at SS&C House, St. Nicholas Lane, Basildon, SS15 5FS (What3Words: ///chair.spice.dads).
• Please follow the directions carefully and respect all parking marshals on the day.

Getting from the Car Park to the Course

• It’s a five-minute walk via the underpass to Gloucester Park.
• Once you’re in the park, you can either walk through the Sporting Village car park past the reception or go around the hockey and netball courts to reach the field.

Facilities & Course Maps

• Toilets and changing facilities are available at Basildon Sporting Village.
• Course maps will be displayed on the day.

Medals (Senior Races)

• Senior Men: 12:30 p.m.
• Senior Women: 1:30 p.m.

Individual medals will be presented at the finish line for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in these races, and team medals will follow at the times listed above.
