The Essex Cross Country Relays are back this year at Epping Forest, and we’re putting teams in.

There’s a hard cap of 600 athletes set by the landowners, so entries are first come, first served. Entries open on Friday 14th August, and once the cap is reached it’s a waiting list only.
If you’d like to run, please register your interest using the link below and we’ll enter teams as soon as the system opens.
New to cross country? The relay legs are short and it’s a friendly, low-pressure introduction to XC and well worth a go.
