New Years Eve – Last run of 2015?

29 December 2015 - By Martyn Byford

With too much Christmas Pud to shift a structured session has been postponed to 2016 but if anybody fancies Commodity Centre and back (6 miles to close out the year) then how about 10am from Morrisons?

Depending on numbers it will be small groups.

For those that haven’t done this run before it’s an out and back route that we have historically run on Bank Holidays over the years. Once you get across Colemans Bridge it’s fairly traffic free with a little over a mile along a farm track to the Commodity Centre at Little Braxted.

It will be good to see a few of you that are still on holiday.

This session could also be used as a fartlek session ( 5 minutes easy 2 minutes hard all the way round),a tempo run ( 3 minutes over your 10k PB ) or 5 x 1 mile with a 90 second jog/ walk recovery between each effort.
