53-12 Cross Country Hadleigh Sunday 18th –

This Sunday sees the penultimate 53-12 cross country at Hadleigh, Suffolk. As usual we need as many runners as possible to stay in pool A. Every runner counts and their individual effort contributes to the overall team scores either through scoring or being ahead of another teams scorer. As usual there will be the normal WRC social gathering after the race with cake to make up the lost calories.

Cross country is a excellent addition to training including marathon training. Please read Graham’s post if you need more information.

Venue – Holbecks Farm, Hadleigh Suffolk.  The start of the Hadleigh Cross Country event is close to the Hadleigh United Football Ground, Tinkers Lane, IP7 5NG. There is ample parking in the field adjacent to the start and finish positions.
Alternatively you can use one of the local car parks in Magdalen Road (behind Co-op) Hadleigh.

Race will start at 10.45 for ladies and gents.  Please be there about 30 minutes before so you can be ticked off the team sheet.
