Training Programme and Feedback

So how is it going for you?

This is a great opportunity for our members to provide feedback to our coaching team.  I am currently looking at putting the programme together for the club from January to end of March 2017.  Traditionally, this time of year is focussed on longer distances, endurance training and cross country.

Is there a session that you have enjoyed or maybe not enjoyed?  Your feedback is welcome and you can either speak to any of the coaching team or send an e-mail via the contact us section of the website.

    Hi Rach, Love the sessions in held in Gershwin. Can we have more hill training too please (both up and down:)) I like the one we do up and down Market Hill in Maldon. I generally enjoy all the effort sessions ( well afterwards anyway 🙂
