PLEASE READ Tonight – change of venue

Whilst The Orchards looked lovely in the lunchtime sunshine as Graham and I strolled through the trees, with the probability of more rain this evening we’ve had to regretfully move the session back to Witham as the ground would become very slippery this evening.

So we’ll be meeting at the Sport Centre for 7:30pm, and following the briefing, will run down to the Chelmer Rd/Cromwell Way easterly junction for warm ups, etc.

This evening session will be 2×15 mins of a figure 8, with a traffic light fartlek included just for good measure! The 2nd 15 minute session will reverse the route you ran previously. Full details will be given at the briefing and warm up.

The session is designed for all abilities and paces, so please try and come along for what promises to be a loopy session.
