Pub runs – The Old Crown, Messing.

Green and pink summer training tops were out in abundance for our Tuesday evening run from The Old Crown in Messing. The ‘stickiest’ weather so far saw another great turnout despite the awful parking facilities and it was a club PB with a massive 45 staying on for food afterwards.

Can it be beaten? Well, find out next Tuesday when we will be gathering at a venue new to our summer pub run schedule, The Rayleigh Arms (now The Monkey) in Terling, CM3 2PW.

With a choice of three scenic and gently (?) undulating routes and distances it is one not to be missed. Plenty of parking as well. We spoil you!
