The traditional BD5+1 run is primarily for those who could not participate in the main race because they were on ‘duty’!

It is, of course, open to anyone who fancies a post Boxing Day 5 miler and this year is no exception.

Meet at the football club at 10am then for a casual jog around the course and the opportunity to cast off a few calories.
