The Black & Gold had a great day at the Tiptree 10 in the overcast & muggy conditions. Results are below with the highlights being:-

Rocket’s Revenge Trail Race (awaiting official times)

Over at Havering Atte Bower Brigid & Tony Wallen, Terry Alabaster and Gerry Greenwold took on the 9m trail event. Apparently it was pretty hilly and well over the 9 miles advertised. Tony finished in 1:39.19 with Terry, Gerry & Brigid coming home together in 1:43.45

Royal Parks Half Marathon

Kayleigh Carr reports that it was a little damp at today’s event finishing in a time of 2:26:32

Yorkshire Marathon

Up in York Chelsie Hearn took on the Yorkshire Marathon finishing in a very commendable 4:36:32
