Meerbrook 15k, Staffs

Up in Staffordshire James Attenborough was racing over the undulating (and by undulating we mean hilly) course coming home in 1:29:14

Sunday

Checkendon Challenge Cannicross, Checkenden

Heydon Mizon opted to spend the weekend with the other woman in his life (Holly, the Alsatian) for this 2 day Cannicross event.

Two races of 2.4 wooded miles over the two days saw Heydon and Holly Mizon in 1st place after day 1, finishing in 2nd place in the Vets category across the weekend.

Bristol Half Marathon

Back on her home patch for the weekend Louise Pascoe returned to the scene of last year’s PB just missing out this year in a time of 1:58:15

Left or Right Trail Race, High Roding

Nice morning for a trail run. Wet and windy were the conditions for the early start. We had 4 intrepid club members racing. Still awaiting official times.

Ladybower Ultra, Sheffield

Nick Inns was up north near Sheffield to take on his latest challenge. Consisting of a number of different length laps of the Ladybower Reservoir, Nick completed the 57.28km/35 miles in a time of 8:13:45
