Mersea Island Races
On what is apparently National Dog Day, today’s runners at the Mersea Island 5 & 10 Mile Races just avoided the rain, thus saving themselves a “Smells Like A Wet Dog” accolade but it was pretty windy apparently.
5 Miles – Club Champs Race
Only 2 runners in this club champs qualifying event with Gavin Moore coming home in 0:33:33 and Thomas Ashley in a time of 0:41:06

Continuing her winning streak, 1st lady was Rachel Sweatt crossing the line in 1:02:52. James Blackshaw got a notable PB with a time of 1:10:27, taking a minute off his previous best.

The Wonder, Tattingstone, Suffolk
Organised by the Mid Essex Casuals, The Wonder is a 9.75 miles trail race. Terry Alabaster stepped out and finished in a strong time of 1hr 28mins

Hello Steve, I ran the mid Essex casuals organised race called The Wonder held in Tattingstone Suffolk. 9.75 miles trail race. I did 1.28 exactly.
