Sandy Karl was over in Dubai doing a little Triathlon training and took on the Dubai 10, finishing in 2nd place for her age category in a time of 1:25:02 securing a new PB!!

Sunday

Valencia 10k, Valencia

Run as part of the marathon weekend, the Valencia 10k attracted a crowd of Witham RC members looking for a weekend of sun, run and (no doubt) alcohol!! Finish times were a little of pace, given it was quite a crowded event, but all thoroughly enjoyed it as you can see below!!
