Essex Vets XC Championships

This year’s Vets champs will be held on Saturday, November 30th at Writtle College, Lordship Road, Chelmsford, CM1 3RR

Please note that the County committee equalised age groups between men and women earlier in the year and therefore, women are not veterans until age 40. This will mean that some women who have been running in these championships for the last 3-4 years will not now be eligible.

The timetable is as follows:

11.15am – Mv50+ & FV40+

12 noon – MV40

Both races are approx 8k

The closing date for this event is Tuesday, November 12th. No late entries will be accepted. If you would like to take part, please add your name to the Team Event Entry.

Just to point out that this a ‘double header’ weekend as there is also an Ellisons XC fixture the next day but don’t let this put you off 😄

For the youngsters in the club, you will have your chance to run in the Senior Champs in January so watch this space for further info.
