just to get this straight, you just show up at the venue and run with club shirt? or is there any sign up?

  2. Steve Hennings Steve Hennings says:

For these dates, you just show up and find either Bill or Carina to put your name down. There is one big race where everyone sets off together and they are around 5 miles long. Any costs are covered by the Club and you do not need to give advance notice that you are running. The event on the 4th of November will require a lot of volunteer marshals on the course, but you can discuss that with Carina if you especially want to run that day as we’ll still be putting Mens and Ladies teams out.

Bill and Carina will post something in the days leading up to each race on the website and Facebook so keep an eye open in case the venue or anything changes at the last minute.

  3. Sandy Karl says:

Thanks Steve! I already had a half marathon booked for 4th of November, so I am sorry if I can’t help. But i’ve seen there’s a race on the 28/10 that I could attend. I’ll check with them!

  4. Sylvia Bullen-Bell Sylvia Bullen-Bell says:

Steve, What time do the races start? I am thinking about coming along to the one on the 28th, can’t make the 4th as I’m in Birmingham. I’ve been thinking about XC for some time now, but not quite managed to get myself motivated.
