Thursday session tonight as usual from car park – Leisure Centre closed though

I’ve just been informed Witham Leisure Centre will be closed this evening due to a “major incident” there today.
However Witham Leisure Centre advise the car park will be open so we can park there as usual and start our session from there – where Tracey is still expecting you!

The weather was kind to us last night for our 800m reps at eastways industrial estate. We saw a record 37 members out for this tough effort session. Amazing thank you all.
We split into 3 groups for the warm ups, thank you DJ & Martyn for your help. Everyone worked really hard & not much chat during the session as the 1 min recoveries between each rep proved demanding.
Huge well done to all who took part, see you next week for 400m reps with Martyn
