Saturday Cross Country Training – Hills

It’s been a while since we have done some off-road training, so how about joining me at Notley Park this Saturday morning (23rd Nov) for some hill training?

I will be taking part in the Notley Park run (treat it as a warm up!!) and will then do a hill set using the “Bird Hill”. Otherwise, join me at the bottom of the hill at 9:30am for the session.

The session will last for no longer than 30 minutes. It’s a great way to improve your strength and running fitness.
