Harwich Sprint Triathlon Results 9th June

James Attenborough competed in Harwich Sprint Tri consisting of :

• 300m pool swim
• 24km bike- rolling loops through Ramsey, Wrabness, Wix , Great Oakley & Little Oakely.
• 5km run – nice flat fast route along the promenade of Dovercourt’s bay

The race has a rolling start in the pool avoiding the usual mass start ‘washing machine’ in most open water events.
