53-12 X-Country confirmed dates

Dates for this year’s 53-12 cross country league have now been confirmed. Now we are back in pool A we will need as many runners as possible so please put dates in your diary.

6th November – Colchester (30 year Anniversary)
4th December – Harwich
11th December – Halstead
22nd January – Ipswich
29th January – Springfield
19th February – Witham

Further details will appear on the 53-12 web site a bit nearer the time.
