Just a reminder to sign up for the fun Inter-Club Team Championships and put your order in for a reflective training top by the deadlines:

* Inter-Club Team Championships: Thursday 25th October – Just submit your average 5 mile time.

* Reflective Training Top: Saturday 27th October – Go via ‘Buy Kit’ in the members area to order.
