Thursday 21/09 Speed Development

This week Graham and I are running a difficult session developed by Greg McMillan, more information can be found here
However in brief summary the session is as follows:
- 4 x 5 minutes with 2:30 resting recovery.
This session can be hard to pace so I recommend you start conservatively and build on your speed so that you finish strong or maintain your speed. The guide pace is quite a broad range but those who are in good form should be able to maintain 5k pace or slightly faster. If you are getting back into efforts then I would recommend 10k pace as a starting point.
We will meet at 7:30pm Witham Town Park (W3w,display.limitless.reheat).
Please complete a warm up prior to the session, 1-2 miles or 10-15 minutes. Please also bring your water and apply the usual bug spray.
