Thursday’s Session – 5K Freebournes Road – Help required please!

Thursday’s session sees the first Winter 5k of 2018.

Unlike the Summer 5K we don’t have a Certificate of Measurement, so no PBs on offer, but its as close as 3 Garmin runs could get it! A good opportunity to have a 3 .1 mile thrash and post a benchmark.

We are looking for marshals please for the 2 lapper so if you can spare 1 hour please let me know at the Club tomorrow or posting on FB. Marshals can drive directly to Freebournes where there is plenty of Parking near the start.

For all participants please meet at the Leisure Centre at 7.30 for a 7.40 jog to Tesco Car Park where warm ups will take place. We should start at 8 and when we are all finished a jog back to the Leisure Centre.

Please bring lots of warm clothes which you can leave in my car.
