Seeing out 2018 was Nick Inns, doing the Flitch again, coming home in 5:58:07

Tuesday

Flitch NYD Marathon

Then we have those who are a bit more abstemious doing the same route on New Year’s Day. First home was Rich Green in 4:14:32, followed by Sandy Karl completing the first of her 3 races this week in a time of 4:28:28

Sunday

Great Barrow Challenge 10k

Bill Smythe was the only club member at this event finishing in 45m 13s, after yesterdays XC Champs.

Thetford Trail 10k Races – Race 2

Not content with a Marathon and the XC Champs this week Sandy Karl was up early to take on this event again to secure another PB in 50m 48s
