St Peter’s Way
A great day for this 42 mile ultramarathon which goes almost the whole way across Essex, and our own Matt Jordan finished in an incredible 1st place!! An unbelievable run from MJ, and a thoroughly deserved win. Great running from all our other members too, with Andy Notley putting all that training to great use, and also to Brigid, Terry & Andrew, running and finishing together. Good work everyone!

Hi
Just to say that Pete Riley and I went to Parliament Hill last Saturday to take part in the annual National XC championships. It is a great event and so I would recommend it to other club members for the future, although it isn’t always hosted in London. That said, there was a lot of mud! At the top end, the standard is high with many big profile runners participating and the field was strong with over 2000 runners taking part.
