Pub runs – The Swan, Little Totham
7 June 2017 - By Stewart Waller
What a difference a week can make. Gone were the hot and sticky conditions experienced during the previous couple of pub runs. Instead it was a cool and blustery evening that greeted members arriving at The Swan. Nevertheless it was still a good turnout with 21 staying for food. It was also pleasing to welcome those who came along for the start of our ‘Introduction to Club Running’ programme including one ‘old’ face not seen for quite a while!
Hopefully they will all be seen again next Tuesday when Witham RC will be setting off from The Six Bells in Boreham and just for a change it is a pub with a large car park. There is also the choice of two routes so if you don’t fancy the challenge of North Hill there is the option of a shorter and flatter but no less scenic one.
Whichever one you choose I hope that you have an enjoyable run.
