Essex Road Relays

The Essex Road Relays will be at Harwich on Saturday, March 19th starting at 11am.

Following on from last year’s success, also hosted by Harwich Runners, the relays will be on an officially measured 5k course with a baton providing chip timing.

If you like to do a park run on Saturdays then how about taking part in the relay instead? You can always run the Harwich park run first as a warm-up!

Teams are made up as follows:

Open Men – team of 4

V40 Men – team of 3

V50 Men – team of 3

Open Women – team of 3

V35 Women – team of 3

V45 Women – team of 3
