Ekiden Relays Sunday 16th July – Team Lists and Information

Thanks to those who have agreed to run at Ekiden……now long now! This is a great club event & a good way to get to know other members. The race is  set in the grounds of woodbridge school Suffolk:Woodbridge School,Woodbridge,IP12 4JH.

Cakes – Please let me know if you’d like to bring cake along – the more the merrier.

Club gazebo – we have 2 to bring along and the flags – please let me know if you have room in your card & are able to bring these.

Please feel free to bring along food for a picnic. Folding chairs and blankets are also a good idea.

Race start 10.20am straight after the juniors race  – first runners please arrive by 9.20am, legs 2 & 3 before 9.45 and the remaining legs ideally by 11am.

Please check in with Bill & I to pick up your race number and chips & please don’t be late. Bill & I have 42 runners to look after between us
