EA Licences – Renewals now due!

To all WRC members.

You will recall that England Athletics extended the renewal date for EA licences this year until 31st August.  If you have not yet renewed your EA licence,  your current 2020/21 licence will expire shortly.  You should receive an email from England Athletics over the next few days reminding you to renew.

The licence fee remains unchanged at £15.

As always you can pay WRC your licence fee via our website and we will renew your licence on your behalf.  To do this, log on, head to the members area and select ‘Purchase Membership Licences’.  If you click the England Athletics logo, you can add a licence to your basket.  If you have a family membership, you can add extra licences for a spouse etc (I should realise who these are for but if not I’ll contact you!).

If you don’t have an EA licence or if you have already renewed since April, feel free to ignore this message.

Please note we are not asking renewing members entitled to six months free membership for payment yet, so please don’t renew your membership yet. We are only asking for you to pay for your EA licence at this stage.  

For our new members, there are several advantages to holding an EA licence, one of which is a reduced affiliated fee when signing up for a race, which is slightly less than the non affiliated fee.  As a club, the more affiliated members we have the more VLM club places we get. We currently only get 1 but would love to be able to increase that!

So go on everyone, races are back on so register or renew for the 2021/22 season!
