Dinner Dance names and menu confirmation

Thank you to everyone that has booked tickets for the dinner dance – if you haven’t bought your ticket yet you have until Tuesday 30^th January to at least purchase the first instalment of your ticket (second instalments are due by Friday February 9^th). Once you have booked your ticket, we need you to complete your menu selection from the following options.

Starter

Celeriac & Apple Soup with Bread Roll ( V, VE, GF)

Ham Hock Terrine, with pickled vegetables Piccalilli & Sourdough (GFO)

Vegetable Croquettes with a Pea Puree and Pea shoots (V, VE, GFO)

Potted Mackerel Pate with a beetroot puree & Sourdough shard (GFO)

Main

Slow Braised Beef Fether blade, horseradish mash & Thyme Roasted Carrot (GFO)

Fillet of Seabass with herb crushed new potatoes, crayfish cream sauce and buttered samphire (GF)

Chicken Breast stuffed with spinach and gorgonzola, wrapped in Parma ham with a sun blushed tomato sauce (GF)

Pea & broad bean Risotto, charred baby Jem, drizzled with a herb oil (V, VE, GF)

Dessert

Lemon Possett, with Shortbread (GFO)

Plum Frangipane tart with clotted cream (GFO)

Vanilla & Mixed Berry Cheesecake, with Vanilla Ice Cream (GFO)

Chocolate Tart with a Orange Syrup & Chantilly Cream (GFO)
