Club Champs update – April 2025

It’s time for the first Club Champs update of the year!  Although I have almost broken the spreadsheet several times over, I think we’re up to date and the current standings are now available via the link:

2025 table 

Scoring opportunities so far have been:

• Essex XC Champs (100 points)
• 3 x NESS fixtures (100 points each)
• 2 x Track 5ks (running – points based on performance vs age)
• 2 x volunteering at Track 5ks (25 points each)
• 2 x half marathons (Gt Bentley & Colchester – points based on performance vs age)
• Running Essex 20 (50 commitment points)
