Hi Guys

Last Group run before lockdown on Thursday so lets make it a good one!!!

Meet at Witham Leisure Centre at 6:30pm

Route is as follows:

5.5 miles
RT into Spinks Lane and RT into Spa Road.
RT down Chipping Hill & left into Church St to the end of the ‘one way’.
RT into Chalks Rd and cross at zebra crossing at Morrisons – turning left down Cressing Rd
RT into Cypress Road and complete the loop into Forest Road
Cross Rickstones Rd and turn RT into Conrad Road
Left at the end of the road and cross the zebra crossing at The Cherry Tree
Cross the Railway Bridge & turn left into Church Street
Left at the end & RT past The Railway Arms & down The Avenue
RT into the High St and continue until Spinks Lane traffic lights
Turn RT into Spinks Lane and back to Leisure Centre

4.5 miles
Same as above but exclude the Cypress/ Forest Loop and continue up Rickstones Road to Conrad Road
