Together Everyone Achieves More – WRC Training – Thursday 22nd August

This Thursday we would like to encourage all our members to participate in one training session which will be suitable and adaptable to all levels.
With this in mind we will not be putting on a track session at Braintree and invite everyone to participate in the Pyramid Session at Dancing Dicks.
Further details of the session will be provided shortly but in summary the session is made up of efforts of 30s,60s,90s,90s,60s,30s with 30s recovery.
- The standard session will be 3 sets with 2 minutes recovery between sets, totalling around 30 minutes.
- The extended session will be 4 sets, totalling around 40 minutes.
Whilst providing the track sessions has meant that there are 2 separate training groups on a Thursday, we do not want to lose the sense of community and comradery that we pride ourselves on at WRC so we want to ensure there is opportunity for our members to all train together once in a while.
The Track Sessions will be back the following Thursday.
