LT Group – Tuesday 24th June

Congratulations to everyone who ran on Friday night and over the weekend.

 

The LT session is back this Tuesday for the penultimate session of the season. With warmer weather, the structure will be slightly easier to manage — but still sharp enough to keep you honest.

 

2 mile warm up as a group

3 x 6 minutes @ 10k / LT pace

90 seconds recovery between reps

Open cool down back to the pub

 

No strides this week, and we’ll split the group up depending on who we have.

 

This is a controlled session — the aim is rhythm and consistency. We’ll also be conducting a more controlled warm up too, similar to your Thursday sessions.

 

Please come well-hydrated, bring water, and adjust effort slightly if conditions are hot. As always, listen to your body.
