Downhill efforts

This Thursday night Maxine and I are taking you to the familiar Chelmer/Armond Road loop. Runners will do the usual ‘figure of 8 loop’ using the up hill sections as a recovery. We will be focussing on technique, arms (rockets/pockets/sockets) and good posture.
As always, these sessions are suitable for all abilities and can be used to help you return to running. This session will last 30 minutes after the warm up has been completed. We will see you at the Leisure Centre for 7.30pm. Any questions or queries then please feel free to contact either me or Maxine.
