Weekend race results

Last of the quieter weekends before a very busy autumn calendar of races. However we still had a couple of pairs of runners at road races, in addition to all those competing in the Essex Way relay.

A new 5 mile race was organised in Colne Engaine, where Paul Thomas set a new PB in 38:49. Big Dave also ran and finished in 53:57.

Over in Harlow, we had Mark Lynch and Clare Morrison taking on the Harlow 10. Mark finished in 1:12:47 and Clare broke her PB in a tremendous 1:22:39.
