Orion 15

Gavin Laws made the short journey to Epping Forest and was our only runner at this hilly 15 miler. The course was a bit short, measuring 14.9 miles, but Gav still finished in 40th place (a short way behind 39th place), in 1:57:46. Great running Gavla.

 

Hadleigh 10

Ross Silverton and Tony Smith were at this 10 miler in Hadleigh, finished in 1:30:10 and 1:30:16 respectively. Great work gents.

 

Fox & Hounds Trail

Geoff Reddin and Andy White were at this 8 mile event organised by the Mid Essex Casuals, and they finished within a second of each other in 1:23:17/18.
