Mersea Round the Island

From memory, this half marathon involves at least 3 miles of running on sand, so massive kudos to our runners who completed the course this weekend:

Dedham 10k

Alex Stuckey and Liz Stuckey were representing in Dedham, finishing in 46:44 and 49:12 respectively, with Liz coming first in her age category – congrats!

 

Southend Classic 10k

Dave Carey was in Southend and ran the 10k in 42:43.

 

Ingatestone 5

Results don’t seem to be out yet, so as far as I know only Anita Grainger was donning the black and gold at this 5 mile race, coming in at 43:59.

Mayor and Tortoise – The Mayor’s Big Run

Dan Griffiths was at this local event, running the 5k race in a shiny new PB of 18:31 and coming 1st – well done!
