Sandlings 55

Tom Warman took on this ultra from Southwold to Ipswich, and completed the 55 mile course in 12:11:09, finishing in 12th position.

 

Essex 30

Ben Roberts was at this out & back 30 mile ultra (actually nearer 33 miles), and finished in 7th place in 6:59:45

 

Wickham Wanderings

Trail-meister Terry Alabaster took part in the HM version of this run, finishing in 4th place in 02:08:37

 

Nayland 10k

Andrew Read finished this hot & hilly run in 1:07:47, and then had a bounce around on the inflatables.

 

London 10k

Steven Alder took to the Big Smoke, finishing in bang on 59 minutes.

 

JP Morgan Challenge

Sam Hajder was at this corporate challenge, and finished the 5.6k course in 21:54.

 

Maldon Triathlon

Two WRC members at this event. Any Notley took on the standard distance version, finishing in 8th position, with a total time of 2:17:16, and Katie Layley took on the sprint version, finishing 4th female in 1:35:19.

 

Southend Triathlon

Dean Whittaker was at Southend for this tri, and finished in 1:41:21.
