Huffer Puffer

I don’t know the origins of the name “Huffer Puffer”, but I like it! This was the 20^th anniversary of this popular Mid Essex Casuals 5.7 miles trail race, and WRC was well represented.

Toppesfield 10

Terry Alabaster was our sole runner at this ETE event, he chose the 10 mile option and came in joint first place in 1:19:11. Well done Terry!

 

SVP 50k/100k

There are 2 ultra distance options on this scenic but hilly trek along the Stour Valley Path. The 100k runs from Newmarket to Manningtree.

Gavin Laws took on the 100k distance, finishing in 12:56:10 (Strava time)

Matt Jordan took on the 50k, having been up before dawn to assist with the 100k set up, finishing in 4:37:13, according to Strava.
