Another quiet week, other than the NESS fixture, for which results are still awaited at time of writing.

 

Dark Horse Trail

This was a 5 mile narrative trail event hosted by ETE. Sounds like a very wet night, but that didn’t deter Vicki, Ian and Ross:

 

Vicki Riley – 51:09 – First Lady!

Ian Lucas – 1:08:23

Ross Silverton – 1:08:30

Tabor Farm 10k

Graham Eyre was at the first running of this new mixed terrain 10k in Rochford, where he finished in an impressive 53:46
