Many of our members were sunning themselves in Benidorm this weekend (I believe some my still be there even now), and there’s a separate report for that here, thanks to Will.

 

There was plenty of other action:

 

Norwich Half Marathon

This is a popular event in Norfolk, with over 3,000 runners and fully closed roads. Four of our members made the journey – looked like a good day for all!

London 10

This is an event hosted in London’s Olympic park, with various distances available.

 

Amy Eyo took on the 10k, finishing in 47:35

 

Nadia Mcleod went for the 10 miles, finishing 3^rd in her age category, in a cracking PB time of 1:18:35, and just a few seconds off a silver standard time. Great running, Nadia!

 

 

Liverpool Cross Challenge XC

This is part of the ”Cross Challenge” series, which includes the fixture at Parliament Hill.

Richard Joisce was in Sefton Park, Liverpool , where he completed the challenging 5 mile course in an impressive 31:41.
