We had a mixed bag this week, with long hilly trails, flat seafront and a County Champs road race.

 

Admiral McHilly Trail

Three brave souls were out on this ETE self-navigation route along the Admiral McHardy trail, covering over 14 miles, and with over 1000 feet of climbing. James Blackshaw came in 7^th overall. Well done all!

A good club turnout for this County Champs race, with Owen Dare claiming the Essex MV60 silver medal, and Mark Austin the MV65 bronze. Well done gents, and well done to everyone who ran.
