Essex 20

Absolute levels of running observed at this years Essex 20, with Pete Coates bettering his own record by over 3 minutes in the open category (whilst also representing Essex), the Heydonator taking nearly 3 minutes off his previous best in the V45 category , and Owen Dare taking a full 5 minutes from one of John Robert’s records which has stood for 30 years. Mucho kudos!!
