Andrew Read and Shane Ketteridge took on this 15 mile trail run organised by Essex Trail Event. They finished hand in hand in 3hrs 45, and received a 50 minute bonus for something (holding hands, I assume). Good work gents.

 

And that’s it this week. Either there’s not a lot of racing going on, or I’m not picking up on it. Don’t forget to use the race submission form to make sure I know what you’ve been up to, running wise. We also have a separate submission form for triathlons.
