Crown to Crown

Andy Lager and Leo Cole ran Pitsea Running Club’s Crown to Crown 5k on Wednesday, with Andy coming 10th in 20:07, and Leo finishing 12th in 20:18.

 

Aldeburgh Trail 10K

The Mizons were in the wonderful seaside town of Aldeburgh and took part in the trail 10K event. Heydon won the thing, and was pleased as it was only the 685th time he’s a won a race this year. Ruth also performed well with a course PB.

Clacton Half Marathon

WRC were six strong at the Clacton Half Marathon. Great performances from all, especially Owen Dare, who came 1st in age category.

Admiral McHardy Way Trail

Three of our members were at the Admiral McHardy trail run, a navigational event organised by Essex Trail Events.
