Great Bentley Half Marathon

Some great running yesterday from our very own ‘Team GB’, and a club record for the Heydonator, beating his previous record by 43 seconds!

Sticky Wicket Trail Run

Bill Smythe and Terry Alabaster were at this Essex Trail Events…er…event yesterday, a 6.7 miles run at Rickling Green. Bill finished 9th in 59:14, while Terry added a mile on and finished in 1:14:21.
