London to Brighton

Hi All,

Last Sunday, I have attended the London to Brighton bicycle ride event (it wasn’t a race) to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
This is my first ‘official sports activity’ after years of inactivity…..and I am feeling proud of my achievement.

I have covered a distance of 56 miles in 3 hours and 15 minutes (ish).
