Dambuster Triathlon Results 23 June 24

Anita Grainger took part in Dambuster Olympic Distance Triathlon yesterday, at Rutland water, a European Championship qualifer. What a beautiful venue, lovely clear water for the swim, a nice rolling bike route with one hill of note done twice and a scenic run route that was out and back to Normanton Church.
Pleased with yesterday’s performance although not back up to speed after whooping cough it’s a positive outcome getting round with no coughing fits and feeling ok. Was about 4 mins down on the swim, 10 on the bike and 7 on the run. On form Anita would have been within the qualifying range but not this time.
