Last call for Essex 5k XC relay Champs – 7th Oct

Ladies and gents I will be submitting teams next week Tuesday for this.  Am on holiday from tuesday evening, 19th Sept.  Please let me know by then if you wish to represent WRC and run in this great team event. Names so far.

Essex County cross country relay championships are this year being held on Saturday 7th October at Stubbers in Upminster hosted by Havering AC. Teams of 4 needed for Men, 3 for women and 4 for mixed, all running a 5k leg each.
